Have not had refrigerator since November. My floor is damaged because of time waiting on repairs. Will never get anything from sears again. Not happy at all. Still have no refrigerator and will be over a week before I do. Absolutely ridiculousHello there, I am sorry this has not been taken care of. The technician did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. He took photos but did not report this problem to his office. We have warranty on our refrigerator but incompetent people coming out the last 3-4months to fix the icing problem which either requires a new board, new thermostat or a new fan!Hi there Ronald.
