Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. We we pretty positive what the issue with the refrigerator was. He confirmed and fixed it same day -- very reasonable rate. We are happy to get it running again!

I will never ever buy a appliance from Sears. I have a warranty on my refrigerator that expires in 2021. I’ve had nothing but problems with this refrigerator. It goes out. Stops getting cold. They have replaced the ice machine twice. One guy couldn’t fix it. One guy had to weld a wire in it and burnt a couple of spots on it. My warranty states that if they come out 3 times you get a new refrigerator. Well that hasn’t happened. I will be calling channel 2 news to get something done.

On the most recent visit, your technician finally agreed that he didn't know what was wrong with my fridge and the best they could do would be to offer a refund for the original repair and sever ties. Even though my fridge is still under warranty for the compressor and the sealed system at only 3.5 years old, the technicians' boss (on speakerphone) said they weren't going to replace it.
