Cornelius was on time, effective and clean. Although my noisy refrigerator had stopped, I didn't want to cancel the appointment. Better safe than sorry. Cornelius explained why the noise was probably there a week ago. He gave me hints as to prolonging the life of my refrigerator which was helpful. I will recommend Sears to my neighbors and friends.
