Sears costumer service is horrendous. My front load washer has been out of service for three plus month. There is no part for it, yet they 2ill not replace as they advertise. They will not connect me to so supervisor or corporate. I was given a case id# 12-14-20 and have not here from anyone via email or home phone.Thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. This us their 3 rd attempt to fix existing problem that is under a warranty by manufacturer and sears service agreement. To this day the fridge still does not work. To this day NO ONE has ever actually sat down and inspected the fridge to really assess what is actually wrong with it. Everyone just keeps guessing and since that's all they continue to do, we are now going on 5 weeks plus an additional 2 more weeks before next repair guy comes out and probably an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks before they return to attempt another repair with whatever parts they deem necessary. No repair provided 800.00 cost which is more than a brand new washer. Best buy has Maytag for 729.00 free delivery an install.
