We had the water heater installed in 2013. We had a repair contract on it which I forgotten about. It stopped working because of a clogged screen or filter. The technician cleaned it out and started up the heater again. Good service and original contract a good buy for the money. Saved me paying a fee for the technician just to walk in the door.Thank you for sharing your great rating! I have used Sears repair service in the past when they had a store in the area and they did a good job. But now it seems Sears has local repair businesses do their work since they no longer have a Sears store in the area. The repair man did a very poor job, did not fix the problem, and didn't even have the small, common repair part in his truck that he said would fix the problem. I am having a local repair company fix the problem and this repair man determined the problem in 15 minutes!! The guy Sears sent took more than an hour and didn't solve anything. The service provided to fix our oven was very good. However, the labor cost was far to much for the time involved.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your rating. Sears is always HighEr cost compared to local technicians. I only used them this time because it was a warranty repair. Way too many emails after job completion.
