Went over treadmill to make sure everything was running as it should.

I believe the extended maintenance gives you a piece of mind.

needed a new transmission in my tractor. Both technicians that came out repair (2 man job) were courteous and professional. Were on-time and quickly finished job.

Explained issue. Did what they needed to do promptly.

Associate did not complete all the work as requested. It was a grill repair and the associate dumped ashes on the deck and left them. Associate spoke very little english and was difficult to communicate with. Core repair was fine - everything else poor.

Service person was thorough and explained his actions while checking on our dishwasher.
