I want to thank the technician for coming to our home and fixing the dryer. I was worried the part might need to be ordered. I gave Sears the make, model, and the year purchased of the treadmill needing service. Service guy comes out and says it’s too old to get any parts for it and charged me $119. Sears should have told me this when I made the appointment and not waste my time and money.we are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with Sears. I've used SHS for years. Not so sure that I need maintenance contracts for the first 2 years of an appliance purchase, since if something was worth my purchase it would be expected to be of a quality that falls more in the 15 year bracket then the less than 2 year bracket for any repairs. Since I believe annual maintenance is the first step for customer long-term satisfaction ... the contract for maintenance is well worth the upfront cost ... IF YOU GET THE MAINTENANCE CHECKS that you paid for. Too often people purchase the free annual maintenance and then never follow through with getting the maintenance check done.Thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears.
