Technician did not check dryer long enough to see the real problem, even after being told the problem. Dryer was continue to malfunction after his visit and therefore the dryer still needs fixing!!!! The dryer gets overheated after one cycle and stops working.!

Very responsable and experienced technician, its been more than a week he fixed my oven and im glad he was sent tobdo the job.

I really appreciate Gerald! He is polite, professional and knows what he is doing. I request him personally because he gets the job done with minimal stress!!!!

grateful that he could also look at the lawn tractor, but he did not fix the ice machine which is why he came.

The repairman really knows his job but was very late and no one left us a message to tell us of his over-booked schedule! Please get more people on the job to help cover this area!
