  2. It took over three weeks to get the part (cooling compressor). That seems excessive. Also, Lloyds Appliance was very difficult to reach.

    The "local" technician for Lloyds Appliance was very capable and respectful. Too bad, the MT office didn't display any similar traits.

    It has been almost a month, first appointment was canceled on the same day, after two weeks service guy shows up and doesn't have the right tools, and here I have to wait another two weeks for my next appointment and hoping they will not cancel on me...

    Service was great but it took a long time to get someone to be able to come to service initially. Also had to come back twice but made a great effort to come back quickly the second time

    Technician was such a pleasure to work with AND took care of the problem with our appliance. The on time rating was because Sears told me one time (two days earlier)) than the repair company was told.
