  10. Friendly but ineffective

    They were here five days ago to work on our washing machine. The guy thought he fixed it, so he left. As soon as we did a load of laundry that night, we realized he didn’t fix it. We’ve been trying to get him or someone else to come back to truly fix it for five days. No luck. We keep being told that the system is down so no one can help us. Frustrating. Glad we technically haven’t paid yet. We don’t plan to, at this point.
