the only problem I had was getting him schedule to it took three weeks of waiting I don't think you have enough service technicians.

I I was very pleased with the service which was for our service agreement. Serviceman was prompt and professional.

The part was supposed to arrive in 1 week, but took 3 weeks to arrive. The first technician was fairly rude and condisending. The final repair tech was kind and courteous.Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to assist you with your recent concerns. I had seven appointments to repair my washing machine. The last appointment service man stated nothing wrong with my machine. I had two parts ordered and were at my house. Washing machine shakes and has a loud clanking noise. Never again will I buy anything from Sears. They are undependable.
