Right now I am beyond frustrated. We had repair to the ice maker in our refrigerator on September 2. The technician repaired the mechanism that dispenses ice in the door. It quit working within 48 hours after the repair. I have been on the phone for approximately 1 hour this morning trying to get someone to assist with a follow-up repair. According to the payment receipt, the repair work is guaranteed for 90 days. I have yet to talk to a real person. I have tried several phone numbers that I was given through "Sears Home Repair," but have not been able reach everyone. I even tried the "Chat" and it didn't work either. They said "try back later." This is HORRIBLE customer service. What can I do to get the ice dispenser fixed?Hi Rodman, We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. The service tech was great! He knew what he was doing and didn’t mess around or waste time. He was very friendly and super nice.

A day before it was supposed to be fixed I rec6an email stating the part was on backorder and it would be 18 business days before it arrived. I contacted Sears after day 25 because no one got back to me. I was told they didn't know where the part was. At this point I told them I wanted a refund because I had been charged in full for the completed repair. I was then told I would be contacted again within 48 hours by another department regarding the refund, that was 5 days ago. Still waiting for the call.
