  10. Technician came to house with no parts. Said it would take 2 weeks to get.

    I went on line and ordered the parts myself. received it in a couple days. Hired a appliance repair guy and got it done. Sears is way too slow and i feel like they work you and charge way more than they should. I called them to be partially reimburse for the 1 part and the repair. Never heard back from them. If you have the option to hire a local appliance repair company, i'd do that first.
