John is an efficient, professional, and knowledgeable service technician. He took care of our routine maintenance in a timely manner and answered any questions we had about care and use of our appliances. His work area was left in perfect condition and he was also an engaging conversationalist. On a scale of 1-5, there really aren't enough stars to evaluate the outstanding level of his work. Washing machine repair
He was very good --fast, efficient and helpful. He even asked if I had any other questions before he left. ( I wish I had been notified on my original date that you folks couldn't come-waited until 8 pm on Aug 1 and no-one came or called. Missed dinner reservations and had unhappy boyfriend.) Mikala was great and washer working good now.

Mikala is an excellent representative for Sears. Very professional, efficient and customer oriented. About the General customer service by Sears it is not user friendly. It was hard to navigate the menu, especially when I had a special reason for calling. I could not find a choice to take me to a live person. Sears has always been a customer friendly organization. I shopped at Sears Honolulu since 1971 and before that Philadelphia for many more years. Very disappointing.
