Very happy with my repairman. He worked quickly and efficiently and most importantly, got the problem fixed.

Good at refrigeration and okay on washer, dryer, dishwasher. Had 7 appliances to PM check & finished them in an hour.

The refrigerator still is not cooling properly, the water line was damaged and we were told we would have to get another one and replace it ourselves, which we have, but it is now flowing at a trickle. All the food has either gone bad or has been removed from the refrigerator. This is the second call for a repairman in the short two years we have had the refrigerator. We are ready for Sears to replace this one for a new one!

I always use SEARS technicians to service and/or repair my appliances, but this tech was thorough and addressed my concerns.
