Tech was suppose to do preventive maintenance on water heater. While only looking at the water heater he asked me "is this the ghetto." I was shocked, embarrassed and my feelings were hurt. His job was to perform a maintenance check and not comment on where I live which is not the ghetto as evidence of the home across the street sold for $370, 000.00We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. I have been without washer for two months. They keep ordering parts and a motor to every other part. All junky, greasy parts left in my laundry room. They need to replace washer but getting that done is another impossibility. Never called yesterday or showed up! Sick of this sorry company!!!! Will take it to Small Claims Court!

Tech wasvsupposed tonarrive between 8-12 it was after 1:30pm when he arrived. I recieved no updates regarding his lateness I had to call and find out. Had the cold water valve repIaced on December 1, 2020. Ran the washer on the clean cycle this afternoon (December 4, 2020) and had the same problem with leaking as before the repair.Hi Linda, We have checked our records in regards to Service Order # 43167723 and see that Service was already scheduled for 12/07/2020. We request you to please wait for the service to be completed for one our technician to resolve the issue.
