    replaced the part in 5 minutes and ran a check to make sure it ran right. Only complaint, it took a month to get the repair appointment.

    Not happy with serivce at all. Lost over $200 in food. Waited three weeks for tech to tell me wrong part was ordered. Waited two more weeks for tech to repair refrigerator. The tech said wait 24 hours to fully recharge. Three days later no difference temp had to call again. My next appointment was 4 weeks later. I asked for a supervisor was given an appointment for the following week. Tech left parts because truck was full I still have parts at my home.

    First time I used the contract check up service for my appliances; I am so glad I did and I'm very pleased with the service. I will continue to use my annual check ups and plan to add my other appliances.

    The technician was fantastic - understood the issue, had the part, explained the problem, all fixed. Hint: If you're out of warranty with no service contract, call and pay for a one-year service contract, and then schedule the service - it's cheaper than paying for the service parts/labor. I saved over $100...
