Sears Home Services quickly confirmed an appointment within 24 hours of my request for service. I was sent text messages in reference to the estimated arrival time. Keith was very professional, arrived on time, and was able to determine and fix the issue without delay. I will utilize their services in the future and refer them to other homeowners .
