Service review
Our service tech is great-I feel sorry for him because he has to put up with a company that is disorganized and irresponsible. He has to take the brunt of the anger from customers that are treated poorly. Sears and the Sears stores that go out of business leaving customers hanging, are the absolute worst company to get answers/solutions from. This was a warranty issue on a refrigerator that had already been replaced once because it was faulty and we had to wait over 3 months to get a working product. I would not by from Sears and I would not buy a Kenmore ever again. It has been the worst experience from beginning to, hopefully, the end.
