Washer won't drain
Met my neighbors, was friendly and seemed competent. Esp appreciated him trying cycle at least twice to make sure washer worked properly. Only thing I have a question about is total bill.

Russell was professional and kind. He examined the dishwasher and was not able to find the problem, the dishwasher seemed to be working correctly. He instructed me to notify someone if it messed up again.

No complaints other than he obviously had just smoked a cigarette because he smelled very strong of one upon entering my house. I don't like the smell. Sorry. But other than this, he was nice, and friendly.
