to make an appt, it takes several days and you must commit to staying home from 8-5! there is no 2 hour window~you commit to the whole day. the tech called at 11:30 to say he could try to be here by 12:15 but he showed up at 1:30. he would not check the inside of the bike, he simply tightened a few screws and added oil. when he left, there were objectionable noises coming from the bike that i had not heard before. he said i should read the manual to find out what is wrong. i suggested he open it up~he said no but~he started to fill out the customer survey. i said HE could not fill that out. it was meant for me to do. he said it is important for him to get high marks. i have had him here before and have requested for him NOT to be sent here again but he seems to keep his job. i have had to reschedule getting an appt in another 2 weeks...and committing to staying home again from 8-5.Susan, this is not the type of service we want for our members. The technician should have checked your exercise bike to ensure it was fully repaired before leaving. We will be forwarding your feedback regrading this technician to the service unit.
