  6. Refrigerator brought back to life

    The technician was very knowledgeable and engaging in his task. The fact that he was able to repair the refrigerator in a single trip by replacing the compressor and recharging the system with refrigerant was exceptional service. Kudos.

    still waiting for the parts i ordered. also the warranty spiel never ended. obviously the tech gets a commission and was angry i didnt fall for the hard sell.
