    the service man explained why my fridge was having a problem and told me what he was going to fix the problem. he made necessary repairs and i was happy

    My appliance is still not working. Charged me $304. Same problem. dagnostic was not performed but oven still does not heat

  7. Technician did not know what he was doing

    The technician attended turned the oven on then said it was too hot to be able to fix the issue! We had to reschedule another appointment which was very inconvenient for the guest in situ.
