    Got the job done. Needed some assistance. Wasn't very friendly and was going to leave without saying anything. He did give a courtesy call in advance of coming but wasn't the normal friendly service I am used to getting from Sears. Doesn't affect my decision to use Sears in the future but it is always nice when the tech has a pleasant/friendly personality.

    Although the Craftsman Zero turn mower has broken down three times with less than 100 hours run time, Sears Service has under the warranty replaced parts and repaired the machine free of charge. Problem is that the machine, Manufactured by MTD-Machine tool Design is great with ONE BIG PROBLEM. The Bearings used in the deck spindles that attach to the cutting blades are too light for the torque developed and work load of the machine. The spindles have had to be replaced three times in two years-AND I'M CERTAIN THEY WILL FAIL AGAIN- within the next few months. I have purchased Sears Craftsman tools and equipment for over 50 years and have always been pleased with Sears Craftsman quality and Sears service.

  6. You could have bought me a new one!!!

    Guys I love the work you have done on my washing machine but after full replacement of everything in the unit I believe you could have just given me a new machine cheaper. Not that Im complaining it works fine now but that is after replacement of everything in the machine and I mean everything and the drain hose twice. Then it still danced all over the place in spin cycle so I paid for the vibration blocks which seems to have cured the issue. The time issue and manpower issue is what I questioned and you guys spent a lot of money on manpower and labor to fix that machine which you could have replaced much cheaper and with less labor cost. It just did not seem fiscally responsible after the first visit and when I questioned that I was told that's what SEARS did and how they did it. Seems a bit irresponsible to me.....Bill Moss
