We used the repair service for our LG dryer last week. The technician was knowledgeable and identified the problem right away. He gave us a range for the estimate and explained the details clearly. In the end, it cost a little less than expected and we're very happy with the way our dryer works. Thank you!Thank you so much for your 5-star rating! After the work was completed he asked How I wanted to pay, I told him "by Check" and his IMMEDIATE response was, and I quote, "It must be nice having that kind of money just lying around". After writing the check he was unable to deposit it and after watching him try several times I said "lets just do a debit card" he said "Good I haven't used this yet" and no, he could not use the card reader to debit my account. Later he called and said that he still could not deposit my check so he was going to tear it up and Sears would be sending me a paper bill"Dear John, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. First Technician diagnosed a problem as evaporator had a leak and unit was out of freon. Ordered new compressor, evaporator, and planned to reprogram computer. Eleven days later Tech 2 showed up looked inside non working refrigerator and said it didn't need an evaporator. I discussed what the first tech diagnosed and Tech 2 said Tech 1 was wrong and refused to replace evaporator. 24 hours hours later temp of fridge 67 degrees. Set at 34 degrees. Four days later after Tech 2 attempt to repair the interior temp ranges from 44 to 62 degrees. Tech 2 second guessed tech 1 and had all the parts but refused to install and fridge still has same intermittent cooling on day 14 and counting. On 3rd compressor in 4 years.
