  1. Great Service A Little Pricey

    Our Tech was extremely knowledgeable about what was wrong with our oven. He ordered the part, had it couriered to our home. He returned later the same day and installed the part and had us up and running.. He did a fine job. We were frustrated that the oven heating element and the installation cost almost as much as a new stove.

    I paid for a service appointment and diagnosis call. The technicians were very nice and diagnosed the problem. It was simple so they ordered the part to be sent to my address since I could replace the hose myself. I paid for the part up front ($56.) Over a week later I called the 800 number and found out that the part was on "indefinite" back order. Parts dept. couldn't help. I called 4 times and was put on hold and transferred. When someone finally answered it was difficult to understand long distance and thick accent and finally they said I would hear from someone in 24 hours. Haven't heard from anyone yet in 72 hours and am worried about getting a refund for the part that I will never recieve. Sears Home Services is very difficult reach by phone!
