The sears technician was scheduled to diagnose why one of our dozen corporate refrigerators was not cooling. The technician was most professional and fixed the problem by replacement of a fan that was malfunctioning

Mark the technician was great. On time, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately my washer was BER. But otherwise I was very pleased.
