My Kenmore Elite refrigerator needed a new compressor and the tech was efficient and courteous and the refrigerator works like new now.

We had a very positive experience with the service representative servicing our refrigerator. He was very professional, gave us useful maintenance tips, was friendly, answered all our questions with patience and respect.

It seems that many parts continue to be ordered, we should have a Brand New Microwave with all the parts we keep receiving. The last visit, the light would not stay on, we have received 1 now another. Last repair, the light, which wasn’t an issue, became the issue. What’s going on ?

Our Sears service experience has always been good.

The service went well. But the technician should bring a drop cloth for water.
