    You want a review, ok i have used the warranty so many times its exhausting, just replace the units. But yet again i have another part ordered and will have another service appointment and skip work without pay. There is the review so i can close out the survey

  6. 1st tech left did not connect a set of wire. The 2nd tech did a through inspection and connected the wire.
