They were here to fix the ice-maker in our Samsung two-drawer fridge/freezer. Work was swift, they showed up on time and were polite and clean. Would recommend using Sears Home Services!

I used them last week and the repairman was awesome! He explained things to me and was very efficient.

Purchased service plan because it said regular maintenance. Sears' definition of regular maintenance is not the same as normal folks. Scheduled maintenance. Was told service guy would be there between 8 and 12. He showed up around 11:55 (not so good). He was pleasant and courteous and seemed to know what he was doing and went the extra mile.

Repairman arrived in the designated time frame, explained the procedure, was fast, efficient, and neat. Can't ask for more than that!

Initial communications were not good and I was misdirected a couple of times. However once I talked to the right person things were handled very well. Replacement part was delivered and repair tech showed up as promised. Repair was made and I am very satisfied.
