The technician was great. He called to let me know when he was 20 min out, he was fast, competent, explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and friendly. He was very careful with the wood floor.

The serviceman advised us how to keep the washer in top condition.

The technician was patient (he rang the doorbell repeatedly but we couldn't hear it because were in the back in my in-law unit), efficient (took a quick look and went to truck to grab appropriate tools for the repair), and finished the repair very quickly. I doubt that all of the technicians are this friendly and efficient, but I think this guy had the soul of an angel.

Got my lawn tractor fixed at the assigned time. Took less time than anticipated. Friendly people.

The technician found the problem quick and in 20 minutes the microwave was back to work
