    I had an old fridge from 2011 caved by Sears still. It broke so my husband and I called for an apt. It was a two week wait. So ok we put that when in the garage to get fixed in two weeks and be an extra fridge. We went and got a brand new fridge from Sears with 3 years extended warranty. With in 24 hours it was also not working. Called Sears and they explained the soonest they could get out was 2 WEEKS!! That right 2 broken refrigerators and weeks before I could get help!! After several transfers on the phone and about an hour of my time I could have a third party repair it and I would be rembursed. The very next day I had a repair man come out and the fridge had a faulty fan from the factory. I emailed in my paid invoice as instructed. After a few more hours On the phone I also have to fax AND Mail paid involve before I can get my money back.

  4. Sears Fridge Repair Techs are the best!

    This review is for our most recent experience and service with our Sears Fridge Repair Tech, we are happy, he fixed our fridge (our fridge had stopped becoming cold and making ice) but just have to mention that the first tech sent out to us was just the opposite, we had to make a lot of calls to get a tech out to us sooner, and we are still waiting to get our food loss claim approved.

    The technician was great but our washer still makes a loud noise when spinning we would like to get another technician out here to recheck it I will be calling soon the trainee worked on our washer the person teaching the trainee was asleep in the van my wife saw him when she came home
