Guy came twice and was unable to repair dryer. Instead of telling us dryer should be replaced he charged us a parts and service fee. Had to contact sears and request refund and now we have had no dryer for over 2 weeks. Was one of THE worse experiences of my life !!! The gentlemen that delivered the refrigerator were very good but after that it was/is horrible. We were very happy with the service and help that was provided by the Sears technician. Tech was the best , professional and definitely an expert at what he does. The issue is the idea that you wait a week for the service to arrive only to leave and wait another week for the parts to arrive 2 weeks without a fridge is unacceptabl. Stock tbe parts on tbe truck sk these guys an do their job.Thank you for sharing your great rating! We thank you for choosing Sears and hope you recommend us to your friends and family.

After months of waiting, my oven is still not repaired. The part that was sent did not fix the oven. I'm very disappointed in the Sears product as my unit is just two years old. My oven should not have gone out. It is too new and too expensive for this to have happened. The one star is only because I cannot give a NO star. Phone contacts were not very good. First technician, nice but didn't seem to engaged to fix the problem. Second Technician was amazing, knowledgeable, very happy to help and fix the problem.
