  4. Sears Kenmore Elite range a "lemon"

    Constant repairs, electronic panel failed and replaced three times, doesn't heat evenly, glass door exploded, but Sears only asks me to pay for more repair coverage programs instead of simply replacing a "lemon".

    Chester from Sears arrived on time and got straight to work. Mine was only a maintenance call so I cannot remark on repair work. Everything seems to be working smoothly. Thank you!

    When the repair guy came out the first time the parts needed had not arrived. however he ordered all the parts he needed personally and came back out the next week. Did a great job explaining his repairs!
