  6. Requested for Refridgrator report

    I called for Refrigerator repair but I was sold something I didn't needed. I was told to get 5 appliances maintenance for 200 dollars will take care of that. But the technician who showed up didn't have any certification to check the Refrigerator. So another service was scheduled and that technician again charged me 95 dollars to visit. So I ended up paying for 2 visit in a span of 4 hours and got charged 295 dollars and my fridge is still in same condition. The first technician was late too. The window was 8-12 and he showed up at 12:30. So I am really frustrated with Sears Customer Service. I tried calling but was on hold for a sometime so I have to disconnect. Very poor experience over-all.

    Our dishwasher was making strange noises and not washing normally. Our technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly and give us an estimate for repair. When we decided to purchase a new one instead, he was able to give us special discount coupons for purchase and new maintenance contract. He was friendly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more - well, maybe a free new dishwasher ...

    Had me sign paper I realized I should not have signed. Didn't leave any receipt or proof of installation of new part - disappointed in service
