  1. No communication on when parts would be delivered and customer service center horrible

    The actual tech who came out to service my dryer was awesome, always on time and very professional and was excellent at the repair, no complaints there. However my dryer needed 2 parts ordered and they were scheduled to be delivered on a Friday, the parts never came after waiting a week I had to call the service center 8 times and still no one could help figure out where my parts were, My parts didn't show up until almost 2 weeks later. The service center SUCKS.

    Tech arrived during agreed time frame. He was courteous and appeared knowledgeable of the issue at hand. He quickly went through the process of diagnosing the root cause of the problem. Once he found it , he immediately began repair process.
