  6. Service Was Great, but Timing?

    Our service technician was great. He was knowledgeable and very neat. When we first made our appointment we were given a window of 8 -12. When we called to follow up that day, it had been changed to12 - 2:30 with no explanation. This was NOT the technician's fault. Your service schedulers need to do a much better job.

    communication system is terrible. called and got the robot who asked for my phone number in order to connect me to appropriate department. Unfortunately for the second and third time was told my number did not exist with a claim! The part for my dishwasher was mailed to our home the week before and we were just waiting for the existing appointment that had been made weeks ago! What is wrong with this system? Leaves a bad feeling for your customer service.
