The technician had a attitude and could've fixed the main issue with the ice dispenser sooner since the part was shipped but he claimed he needed to order other parts which he did but had no relation to the issue which is the ice maker. He ordered the plastic cabinet which he broke accidentally but could've left it running with making ice but instead we had to waste money on buying ice for a whole week until he came and hooked up the hose which could've been done on the prior visit but chose to make us wait till the rest of the parts were in. As a field service technician myself I know what service should look like and how the customer should be performed. My mother tried to clean the back of the fridge section and the tech said he couldn't wait for her to sweep back there because he had no time for that but yet spent enough time outside the home smoking then bringing that awful smell into the household then sitting in his car for a few min prior to leaving. I believe it wouldn't have taken more than 2 min to have allowed my mother to sweep since she cannot move the heavy fridge on her own.. o apologize for the long response but it was necessary to communicate our horrible experience.Hi, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. Technician not familiar with our Air Purifier system. Lately the repair men you are sending do not know anything. My dishwasher took 3+ months to repair and my refrigerator still isn’t repaired.
