    Technician not familiar with our Air Purifier system. Had to show them the manual to prove a light was to go on in order to know its working.

  8. 3rd party repair men

    Lately the repair men you are sending do not know anything. My dishwasher took 3+ months to repair and my refrigerator still isn’t repaired. I paid for Sears warranty to repair my items.
