For years communication regarding my annual maintenance check has been a disaster, with the repairman not calling me at work in advance of getting to my home (but leaving me a voicemail at my house), and then leaving. It would of been nice if the lady I talked to when I set up the first appointment would of ordered the correct part. Because of it I had to wait another week to get my washer fixed. But I was pleased with the service after that.

Actually he repaired former Sears repairman work. There was as problem with the dishwasher that was not fixed correctly or maybe . Not at all. I was so unhappy that I just hand washed the dishes most of the time.
