The service technician came out on Wednesday. He tried everything to get the freezer fan to work, but to no avail. He ordered one, and we thought it was going to take a couple of days to arrive. He said he was going to pick it up and was back within an hour. A few minutes after he put in the new fan our refrigerator was working!We are so thrilled you had a 5-star experience.
