    Take very long to get an appointment. No show first time and then again rescheduled by sears. Tech came very late. Problem not solved and have to wait for another two weeks to get another repair appointment. We are without refrigerator for over a month.

    I am sure glad i used them my fridge was leaking inside somewhere and leaking allover the floor the only problem I had was waiting for the part it took almost 2 weeks to get here the ice maker was replaced and everything works great

    This review is for the service appointment when someone actually showed up. Two days prior to this visit, I had another appointment, waited the entire 4 hour window, and no one showed up. I called and was told that there were no service technicians in my area that day and that I would have to reschedule. I questioned why I had not been contacted to let me know this, rather than letting me wait for 4 hours, but no one had an answer for that. Actually, the Customer Service people I spoke to didn't really seem to care. They just seemed to want me to reschedule and move on. Very poor customer service all around. I rescheduled and someone did come out for that appointment and this review reflects that work.
