I paid $??? to have applicances cleaned and maintained. For $??? it means the dryer, the back of the freezer and under the fridge was vaccumed. That was it. Was it noticed that the stove's 'power' burner isn't at full power and that it takes awhile to ignite? Was it noticed that hot water isn't coming out hot from the washer? Was it noticed that both the dryer and fridge gaskets were torn? I am assuming not because there isn't a report stating those items nor was I given a way to fix/replace them if I wanted to.Hi Kim,We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. It’s been over 1 month and 2 weeks without refrigerator. After rescheduling and waiting it took 3 weeks for them to come out fix it and only to last a day or so then refrigerator stop working now have to wait again for second part for another 2 weeks due to delay of shipment.Dear Alondra, We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. Third time I’ve had to call on Sears to repair my ice maker. Service tech was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough! Only complaint was it took 5 months to receive the repair parts!Thank you Kristin for your 5-star rating! We thank you for your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.

Completely wasting my time, Technician miss diagnose the problem it took them weeks to find out. They keep reschedule the appointment, finally they were here install the new parts however the washer still not working so they took apart put the old part back and tell me there’s nothing they can do. I call another company came on a second day two hours in the morning diagnose the problem went to factory pick up the parts come back in the afternoon spend another 3 hrs, problem fix. Previous technician Told me they will refund me, however did nothing , I have called sears again ,she told me they will refund the full amount, again week went by still did not so I had to call my credit card company to stop payment.Dear Steve, We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused.
