    The Service Contract for my LG Front Load Washer has proven to be a good investment. The service personnel are well trained, efficient trades people, equipped with the proper diagnostic equipment to readily identify the "root cause" of a malfunction.

    I use this service every 2 years. Notice it has gotten quite a bit more expensive than the last service. Not liking the appointment to determine what you need then the return appointment for the repair. When you have all the information on your computer from the last service, as far as what is needed and requested it seems counter productive to do it the way your doing it now. Something should be done about that, for instance, maybe the service should be completed on the first appointment then if other parts need to be replaced, then add the 2nd appointment. In my case, the addition of the belt (as a precaution) delayed the service two extra weeks. While the parts came in. In addition the spark plug that came with my service was not the correct one, although the service pack was. So now I have a extra plug that I cant use for anything and my older plug still in my Lawnmower (the plug was still in good shape, fortunately or there would have been another delay. The Service Tech was great but the way it was handled by policy leaves a lot for me to be desired.

  3. Repair fine - scheduling astoundingly bad

    My refrigerator stopped working on Saturday afternoon. First available service call was 8-12 Monday. Determined the problem in 5 minutes. Had to order the part (a main board - these should be on the truck) and schedule a return service call for installation, 10 days later. Part was delivered in 2 days. Called to change return service call and first available was the same as already scheduled. Took 5 minutes to replace the board and have refrigerator running again. On what planet is taking 12 days to repair a refrigerator remotely reasonable? Also, left the board (e-waste) for me to dispose of (another line to sit in some day down the road).

    First call was told I had no coverage, second call verified I did. Tech. No show on schedule time 8:00-12:00. Had to call, seemed your people were very confused. Was told changed time would be around 4:00..... hung up phone, tech at door.....12:30!
