    when i called about bad waterheater, I told the lady on Ph that it was leaking all over the place, she said they still had to send out a tech to verify , tech arrived and told me it was 75.00 dollars to verify. why should i have to pay for a service call on a bad WH. warranty Dept would not hepl nme get a new WH until the following day , I was able to speak to another gentleman in different dept and he was able to get me a new one that night.

    Sergio, we understand how important a water heater is to a home and this repair should have been handled with urgency.
