Service technician
Victor was a REAL gentleman and repair person! Got into my laundry room and immediately started analyzing my washing machine. Within 10 minutes he explained what was wrong and the "possibilities" that may occur in the future. Fantastic repair service!!!!!!!

Outstanding tech. Need a second visit though
Francisco is fantastic. He was able to get our filter replaced as he determined the old filter was causing a low water pressure issue. However we are still having issues with our ice maker which was the original service call. Would like someone to come back out and identify the problem
