Excellent service on our washer/dryer and stove/refrigerator.

My Kenmore refrigerator needed a new compressor. I called Sears Home Repair and they came out the next day. Luckily the service technician had a new compressor in his truck and installed it. Very professional, nice technician

Technician arrived during the scheduled time and was professional, courteous & thorough.

I Had the company come out and check my freezer. I was told on the phone that the $89 was a service call and if parts were needed that would go toward the parts....not so. The tech tells me that they lied to me on the phone...it all costs more. The want to get you to sigh up tor the warranty plan. They couldn't get the part and took over 2 weeks to get me a refund.

Technician arrived on time. Completed job and left area clean
