Very friendly and honest repairman showed me what was wrong and then replaced my ice maker.

I’ve maker is still not working.

The tech. was late and no call was made until 2 hours after my window was past. I was unable to get new dish racks (rust not covered) and I could not even purchase them myself, as they are no longer being made for my model. I painted all the rusty tips myself with a bottle of Plastic Dip ReRACK, made in USA. I recommend this to SHS Home services. It should be an option for the customers that have the Master Protection Agreement, instead of saying we cannot do anything for you.
