Was told by the technician, Gerardo (Jerry) that serviced my washer on August 11, that I would have a reply from you regarding the fact that he deemed the washer to uneconomical to repair and that I would be notified by Sears in 24 to 48 hours regarding a replacement since I have a contract for that washer. It has now been 96 hours. The repair was on Saturday and it is now Wednesday and I have not heard one word from Sears. I have spent over $1300 on your service contracts and I’m getting absolutely nothing in return for it. Not even a simple phone call. I have been a loyal customer and purchased many things from Sears until they went out of business and this is the thanks I get. This is worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! The maintenance check I had on my washer and dryer prior to this repair was a joke. That service man took a photo of my model number on the washer because he said there was a problem with it and that he would turn it in to Sears and they could order the parts and then they would call me so that they can bring the parts with them to repair it when they came. I waited four days on that one and never received a phone call. When I inquired about it there was no record whatsoever of him reporting that to Sears. That initiated my repair request to Sears and brought on the latest incident of no follow through. I am very disappointed in the way this has been handled. And I’m still waiting for someone to call and make this right. You seem to have no problem sending me several emails wanting my opinion. I’m just wanting one phone call to tell me you’re going to stand by your maintenance agreement and make this right!Hi Jacqulyn, We would like to inform you that you replacement was already approved by our Protection Agreement team. Technician checked on stove burner and I explained the burner is unusable as it runs hot and burns the food anytime it is used. The burner does not work and needs to be replaced or fixed. Was told sears will not replace or do anything as burner works. I expect this to be resolved yet.Hello Sandy, We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. Getting a date set up after he was here once was crazy the 2nd time. Everything went good the third time they where out.The date was within four days and the tech was good and quick. Sam was very good and was knowledgeable about the oven and located the problem. we went to Spencers and bought a new oven with an extended 4 year warranty. to be delivered on 6/27 at no cost for delivery.TOM A, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears.
