Agent Service Quality
Greg, the agent that did the final repair, was experienced, efficient, friendly. The problem is this was 3 months after the initial repair call. I didn't require the freezer for day to day usage. If this had been my refrigerator I would have had to buy a new one before it was finally repaired.

Service on my oven
Very nice gentleman and he knows what he is doing,Did a great job on my stove but when he push it back in the left side of my countertop was tore in 2 places,But think I can keep it from spreading by putting something on that side,Other than I am very pleased wit Mr,Greg;s service and so glad to have my oven back after about 3 weeks,
