Jua was on time, courteous and professional and appeared to be knowledgeable on the washer that he did normal maintenance on He didn't doddle or talk too much, just did his job.

Excellent and very professional. We are very pleased with the service that was rendered. A huge thank you to our warranty company Domestic and General who arranged the repair. We did not have to pay any out of pocket expenses.
